Hi Patrick,

Thank you for this article and for the work behind Open-Meteo.

I’m using Open-Meteo as the main data source for CLIMA TERRA, a free educational climate experience created to help non-technical users better understand weather and climate-related data in a clear and simple way.

The Single Runs API presented in this article is very interesting because it makes it possible to look at a specific model run and understand what a forecast was predicting at a given moment. From an educational point of view, this could be very useful in the future to explain forecast uncertainty and how weather predictions evolve as new data becomes available.

The fact that Open-Meteo is accessible, open and free to use makes a real difference. It allows projects like CLIMA TERRA to remain free as well, while still offering useful climate and weather information to the public.

For now, CLIMA TERRA remains lightweight and focused on simple interpretation, but Open-Meteo is an essential part of making this kind of project possible.

Thank you again for making weather data so accessible.
